About the Hog Creek Cotillion
Get ready for an unforgettable evening straight from the heart of Tennessee. The Gallaher family farm in Waynesboro has been part of Tom’s family since the early 1800s — a piece of living history that has grown into a 911-acre tree farm, alive with heritage and new beginnings.
Named for Hog Creek, which winds through the property, the Hog Creek Cotillion is our way of opening the farm gates and sharing its beauty, history, and spirit with those we love. Each year, friends and family gather for an evening of music, fellowship, and celebration under the Tennessee sky — creating memories that honor the past while looking to the future.
More than a party, the Cotillion is a gathering with purpose. Together, we raise funds and awareness for causes close to our hearts — this year benefitting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, serving America’s heroes and their families, and the Southern Foodways Alliance, preserving the stories and traditions of the Southern table.
It’s a night of laughter, love, and legacy — and we’re thrilled to welcome you to be a part of it.
